PK, they only have to disclose their investments when they have a research report on one of the stocks they own, and even then it is just small, medium or large. No specifics. Now that they are a public co., they will have to disclose investments in their 10K, but I don't think they'll have to be specific even there and, anyway, it would probably be too late for your purposes.

So, I don't know any way to find out if the brokerage firm is buying. The mutual funds have to report, of course, but Goldman funds are too small to be of much importance to the industry.
