In our latest survey, we found that about 37% of millionaires are used vehicle prone! So much for predicting wealth by type of motor vehicle.

Remember, for every dollar you must realize in order to spend, the tax man will first take a big chunk. Thus the purchase of a $50,000 luxury automobile translates into a required level of $70,000, $80,000, or more in realized income. And in a few years your motor vehicle is worth half the purchase price.

Thoughts from the Tax Man:

The real patriots out there are people who earn big incomes--$100,000, $200,000, and $1,000,000 or more a year-- and spend it all.

Congress should mint a new medal for this type of patriotism, called the Congressional Medal of Taxation and Consumption.
