sure the form 10 will be filed in "a matter of days" how many times have I heard that one. "A matter of days" you worthless tout. You even created you own thread so you could store meaningless press releases on so you could constantly through them on this board. You are a sad creature that keeps on trying to defraud the public with your lies. What real company files a form 10 and would leave out strategic alliances? You disgust me. Look at the current cheesy site 2themart.com It must be a sign of things to come. Old camera's, bubble gum machines, phony money and stuffed animals you would not give to anyone. You are pathetic.

"It will contain all typical relevant company information and some information regarding TMRT's strategic alliances but will not reveal of the strategic alliances for competitive reasons."

BIG Shareholders in TMRT:

flodyie/truthslayer's FEAR and INTIMIDATION campaign is only working on the small shareholder not in the know.

I thought I had shares of TMRT but I have nothing compared to some shares holders who bought from the public float.

I learned today of ANOTHER group of investors that bought 50,000 to 150,000 shares of TMRT at the $20 to $25 dollar range each. The other group I was aware of purchased like amounts around the $30 dollar range.

These people DO NOT have insider information but bought after knowledge and confirmation of both IBM, Exodus and Vendor roll regarding the giant TMRT website.

You can't build a site the size that TMRT is building and expect everybody to keep their mouth shut about it.

Magliarditi has been in busines for some 10 years and has the contacts and knowledge to build such a huge project.

His legal issues with his construction company are being and has been dealt with appropriately.

All the more reason for concluding and establishing the reporting status for TMRT. (The accounting firm is practically done and filing will be in a matter of days)

We are buying TMRT; NOT his construction company.

As you see, the huge share holders are not being moved by flodiye's truthslayer campaign, only the small shareholder.

Folks, that TMRT WEBSITE is going to be the talk of wallstreet even though it is own by a soon to be reporting BB-OTC company.

I find it really hard to believe that flodiye/truthslayer is not aware of just how substantial that TMRT website really is.

-flodiye/truthslayer should not have gambled and taken out such a huge short position in the stock. and Now he is FRANTIC to get the small shareholder to sell so he can cover that short position at a low price.

-Prosperous Soul-

>Also remember, when the site goes live, it will should already have >Hundreds of
>Thousands products listed on it already from vendors which make their >living in these vendor to person auctions.

Who are these vendors? The press releases indicate that this
will be a "person to person" trading environment. I haven't
noticed any adds anywhere for pre-registering any auction
goods. Please explain where these thousands of products will
come from, who is selling them, and why would they be waiting
around to sell them at a website that doesn't yet exist.
What a hoax!!
