June1 is the target date as I heard this from some key sources.
Its coming don't worry about Agc.

PS Why would anyone release news on monthend as of today.I also read that on SH and didn't believe it.

Roddio, Thanks, I agree...The DayTraders often hype stocks for their own advantage, and end up hurting companies, and investors...Usually this is overcome by solid companies such as AGC, even though it takes a bit longer...
