Company has secured a substantial portion of its funding through the strategic sale of some of its shares in a private placement to a select few high net worth individuals, including some found in the Forbes 400.

USAT did a private placement to high net worth individuals also. They were at a penny a share. What were the terms of the private placement and who are these so called high net worth individuals that would be associated with someone that has such a wicked past?
