Craig, Better go back and do more homework. The total cost of the Baraka Intracom assets AND STAFF cost the Company a total of 3 million shares. Valued at $10 makes the acquisition cost in excess of $30 million for those assets an people alone. Since there was only one shareholder of Baraka at the time and since Corsaire did not buy Baraka, the foreign Company, but only its assets and staff, the shares paid to the shareholder is properly accounted for separately.

I have spoken with several large shareholders, both institutional and individual over the past several months. Who, as of late, do periodically get a laugh by looking at some of the ignorant comments made on this board by uninformed product "experts".
