Mr. Feshbach- Who are the people and/or firms who own the MDX's and have organized themselves? Which lawyer/law firm have they hired? Has MDM agreed to pay this committee's fees/expenses? Or does MDM not yet acknowledge this is a worthy issue to resolves? Mr. X reformed bankruptcy investor itching to get back into the fray.
