w.molly, Just on the "QT", Do you own Q? Are you long?

I ask this because I can't figure out where you are coming from with your contrarian posts! Seems to me you always "Doubt" any Q News. If so get over it, "It is the "Standard" for the "Future".

Regards,

Mp

WM - Zhongxing Telecom (Shenzhen), China's first CDMA research unit, said it has designed a system based on its own intellectual property.

IP Law has been a common point of international friction between the US and China. The types of IP law that have most often been in the news in regards to this friction have typically been copyright law, but patent law is also an issue. My guess is that they do not have a system that bypasses Q IP as it exists in the US, but OTOH, I don't know if China has signed any treaties about international patent protection.

FWIW
