Notice the sidebar, which is an SEC quote: "According to an SEC spokesman, companies found in violation of the rule will b required to buy back the stock in question for cash, and must carry the obligation as a balance sheet‘contingent liability' until it is discharged. " Weeeell, sheet, I guess ZSUN is gonna have some MORE share repurchases to do and it looks like it will create a contingent liability when they do. Damn, I guess that about shuts the door on that hope, wish and a prayer Nasdaq listing. Oh well, Cragun, ya win some ya lose some. On to the next tout, huh?

Last ditch, but INEFFECTUAL effort to stem the RISING ZSUN.... Yes, most Companies have to pay for promotion, DUH! You guys are pissed off to have fallen short (so to speak) of your target of $8.00 and your employers refuse to pay your BONUS, don't they Mr Aurible? I'll tell the good FIORI brothers, that you've tried your best, you gave it your all, but it just didn't work, ZSUN is way too good! They said: " Aurible, do some'athin fo us! Wee cane'not pay soo mouch dinero to covea th'e sho't posich!" So, Brother Aurible PM's all friends and sundry to come up with ideas to try an stem the ZSUN that's rising too fast. But Stock Detective is so discredited, that it won't work any more. So they try and try and find nothing worth while. Too bad guys, you lost and you and your employers WILL have to COVER their SHORT POSITIONS at the HIGH MARKET PRICE.... I feel their pain and yours too. F. Goelo + + +
