Proginet reaches European technical support agreement Proginet Corporation PRF.U Shares issued 13,623,951 1999-03-25 close $0.7 Thursday Mar 25 1999 Mr. Mark Wilson reports Proginet and Computerbility Ltd. have reached an agreement whereby Computerbility will provide technical support for Proginet's channels throughout Europe, which include distributors and original equipment manufacturer partners. The growing demands for Proginet's technology, specifically both its enterprise password management product, SecurPass, and its high speed managed file transfer product, Fusion FTMS, have resulted in increased demands for local European support. Under the terms of this agreement, Proginet's European channel partners call upon the resources of Computerbility to assist in new client installations and configurations. Additionally, Computerbility has direct access to Proginet's Internet based support and tracking system
