I can only account for my shares, plus roughly another million in the estimated 39 million in the public float. Stock price often is not based on purely evaluation of numbers. Boy isn't that the truth. Especially in otc BB. I've seen companies with nothing run on rumour, and great companies stagnate. I have been saying for over 18 months, that TNRG is a 3 to 5 year play. So I'd say that Chongquing Mall conversion is 1 to 3 years away. Of course Tilton has been trying to whoo investors with a time horizon of more than 3 months into TNRG . I can wait. I'm patient. I don't need the money right now anyway. I remember last year people were worrying if the mall would be flooded. This semester it's TIPS. Keeps me glued to my screen anyway.
