Lee, First, thanks, as always for your commentary. I assure that I'm sure that a few of us technical types were glued to the screen as the 60-min OEX popped its head above the short-term down-trend line just before 3:00 p,m. Would it be the first signs of life, or a new failed rally? The market responded to the positive - to me - an important sign. Now we need the follow through! Many of the Big Boyz have not even gotten back to the short-term down trend lines; and, as you noted, the Market stock, GE, did not participate. As always, at these key Market positions, we have to ask is it the key long or short timing opportunity of the year? It is going to be interesting and may we have the opportunity of living in interesting times! Berney
