I received mine about 4 days before the meeting. Broker is Waterhouse, they usually do a pretty good job of getting proxy materials to me quickly. In the future, it may be a good idea for ETPI to use one of the on-line proxy voting services, which is quicker and might even be cheaper than mailing out proxies.

It's up to your broker to send your personal info to ETPI. Those that do are shareholders of record, those that don't aren't.

Plenty of shareholders of record didn't get theirs. It an easy excuse for incompetence.

I use E*Trade. They seem to get me everything else and register my name on the stock. Maybe they don't mess with the pennies. Oh well.

Maybe someone can post the info. from the proxy?
