I have already accepted the position.

I and the Board of Directors (which is also me), has already increased the authorized shares to 10 billion.

This has allowed the company to move into the fast growing world of e-commerce.

Our new web site, KAZAHKANTEAT.com, (a pay site, directed to starving children of third world nations on which they are able to view actual pictures of real food) has already been featured in several well known publications, which we are presently not at liberty to disclose.

900 million shares were issued for the purchase of a Russian made P.C in the furtherance of the company's new corporate plan.

100 million shares have been set aside as options for micap at a stated price of .000000000001 RUBLE.

The Alberta Securities Commission issued a cease trade order for SPE on Aug. 5, 99. The cease trade order will be effective for 15 days with a hearing set for Aug 19 at 9:30 am mountain standard time.

Has the SPE management got what it takes to attend the hearing and offer a defense...or is there one? Is there no requirement of the company to protect the shareholders interests?
