that the company COULD issue some shares AT SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE??? I don't think I'll worry about that unless it happens. It will happen with the next 6 months unless they can actually make some money on their products. Considering they don't even have any sales I find it extremely likely they will need to dip into the equity markets for cash again. When/if they actually announce a floorless convertible (since the company has no tangible assets I doubt they will get a favorable loan) the stock price will get whacked hard.
