JK, I did not hear the CNBC report, but I do think the IBM report will pressure the stock and offset much of the positive spin from Lehman. The Market was very tricky yesterday, and I expect the volatility to continue today.

Did anyone hear what was mentioned on CNBC about Microsoft and IBM this morning?

I don't do CNBC (or cable of any kind), but it might have been this:

An IBM executive kept a diary detailing alleged threats by Microsoft Corp. to punish the computer maker for promoting competing products, government officials said.Garry Norris, who handled negotiations with Microsoft for IBM Corp.'s personal-computer unit from 1995 through 1997, kept the handwritten, spiral-bound notebook for much of that time, these officials said.
