Good Afternoon William,

I have been informed that you are carrying one million shares of Dell in your personal account and congratulate you on amassing tremendous wealth. I applaud your courage and certainly given your background I should not complain. Did you sell any shares during the sell off during the past week??? I understand you have a heavy margin position. Would you be so kind to give me that link where your story was in the Forbes recent edition.

I feel that there is a support status at the 32 level and it appears that the heavy selling may have run its course. There was some glimmer of hope today seeing Dell at the break even and periodically in the green column. What is your position with Dell's management going forward. Do you think that the street has a negative spin on Dell with creative perception comments by IBM and Hewlett Packard?? Do you think that Michael should aggressively counter those negative inferences or what do you feel the model should be??

Michael Dell certainly has his hands full and the fear of higher interest rates is not helping anybody right now. Greenspan is becoming a pain in the butt again. Many traders may be fearful of holding stocks over the long weekend.

Have a great weekend
Happy Holiday
Frank
