David: Sounds like WBM and spouse must have lightened up. At the $40 to $50 share price prevailing in February/March, they must have had at least 1,000,000 shares to have a total value of $49 million. Yet the Forbes article says they controlled "only" 550,000 shares as of the 3/8 article date. Sounds like they prudently pared down their holdings to remove the margin debt. Still leaves them sitting on around $20 million worth of stock for a $2.75 million investment two years ago, so I guess they're not crying too much over the decline in Dell's stock price.
