donald,

I wondered if you had any thoughts on the price actions
of IPOs based on the first 3 days of price volume data.

For example:

EXTR 10,245,000 -> 10,311,000 ($55.375 -> 55.375)

BRCD 7,490,000 -> 652,200 ($45.00 -> 58.0)

WEBT 6,602,800 -> 704,300 ($27.00 -> 24.0)

From a purely technical standpoint, can you say anything
about logarithmic drops in volume over a few days, or do
you need a more extended chart?

Thanks,

George D.
