On CNBC this morning, a respected Internet analyst stated that Insider selling is not a bad signal. It is a common practice and many insiders sell for many reasons, such as for taxes, purchasing a new home, etc.
Some on this board would have you believe that insiders selling Bids is a unique and significant factor, but the truth is they distort the facts.
The insiders still hold a very large position and the well known US respected Internet analysts do not view this as negative.

From a well known recent publishing , a basher is someone who is for one reason or another trying to get the price down. The basher will make a big deal out of any news coming out of a company. The article goes on to say that bashers will distort information to make it sound negative to further drive down the price of a stock.
