Great line from the 10K

Even sHITT's auditors can see they are going out of business.

These conditions raise
substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

Bob,

Let HITTs do its business and see what PRs come within the next few days.

But by then might it not be too late? Isn't investing all about correctly anticipating the likely course of future events, taking an appropriate position, and then watching things unfold?

If HITT issues some press releases (or even better, their 1Q99 10-Q) in the next few days, and succeeds in driving up the stock price, it might be too late to buy then. So that's why I'm trying to do a little digging, and figure out *today* (if possible) how the future might look for them.

If on the other hand my doubts are realized (perhaps they won't ever receive all of the $110M in cash from LFT that is anticipated; perhaps their business, even if successful, will not throw off enough cash for their 50M+ shares to be worth more than they are selling for today; etc), then waiting a few days to sell might also be too late.

I will of course eagerly read whatever press releases they issue over the next few days, as well as any documents they might file with the SEC. What I would like to do is, when all the facts finally come to light, is to able to say that I successfully predicted some or all of the events that unfolded. And even better, to have made some money with those predictions.
