Bob, <<5. Even if Marty does not get admitted to the board, it has caused a lot of thought toward some changes that will be acceptable to the shareholders. I am still hopeful of a favorable outcome.>> Can you elaborate? I believe the share holders, not all but a significant portion, have spoken. They want Dr. Martin Frankel on the BOD. Also, I don't know if it was explicitly stated, but I for one want Mr. Frankel added to the BOD with a full voting responsibility. I don't recall any other changes that were supported by the voice represented by the list of share holders which you have gathered. Regardless of any other changes which TSIG management makes, my desire for Dr. Frankel being added to the BOD still stands. As far as TSIG management giving "thought to some changes that will be acceptable to the shareholders". I think what would be acceptable has already been stated loud and clear. If they have other scenarios in mind, how do they know if they will be acceptable to the shareholders? I am not aware of any being consulted, and certainly I personally wouldn't expect to be. However, are you aware of how they ascertain what is acceptable or not? I for one will forward my concerns to TSIG regarding adding Dr. Frankel to the BOD. I feel that if there are shareholders out there that still support this, they should do the same. Bob, thank you for your support it gathering and documenting the shareholder support for Dr. Frankel being added to the BOD. You were a big part in the formation and delivery of the shareholder desire to add Dr. Frankel to the BOD. You are in a position to follow through on this and I certainly hope that you continue to do so. It was adding Dr. Frankel to the BOD that was supported by the number of shareholders which you provided to TSIG and not some other changes that will be acceptable to the shareholders. Take Care All Boyd Zander
