Hey Mr. Pin## - Do You like MEDE?

Looks like you get $42 in HLTH stock (maybe more) in two months.
HLTH is $30+ above the collar but not hedgeable.
Nice arb spread 35% gross, 210% annualized, eh?

Mr.P$nk-
Thanks for the laugh. I've never seen an uglier 10K. This paragraph pretty much sums it up:

(g) The Subscriber has such knowledge and experience
in business and financial matters that it is able to evaluate the
merits and risks of investment in the Hitsgalore.com Stock. The
Subscriber acknowledges that it has sufficient income and net
worth that it is able to bear the economic risk of loss of its
investment and that the complete loss of investment in the
Hitsgalore.com Stock would not prevent it from providing for its
commitments and foreseeable contingencies.

Hey, I started last night! Do I get an early bird prize?

Mr. P$nk, I must admit that there are much tastier tidbits in the 10-K than that mere "going concern" qualification (though it all eventually does boil down to the "going concern" question in the end, I suppose). I was going to post it last night, but the morsels I found were much yummier.

>>These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.<<
