Given the recent US "success" in launching satellites, I would be more worried about the 6,000 US warheads being launched and falling randomly about the earth. We need those US engineers to fix up our own launch vehicles. Contained in the Cox Report, I am told, is the fact that China bought an ENTIRE Soyuz rocket from Russia. This rocket has a 98% success rate and has been used for nearly 2000 launches. It puts US rocket reliability to shame. How do we stop that?
