Neocon,

Here is my next prediction: Manufactured Consent!

The heavily armed "peacekeepers" (I love the Orwellian
language being used by NATO) being massed on the
Albanian and Macedonian border are not there for the
participation in a peace deal after Milosevic agrees
to pull out the troops. They are in fact, a defacto
invasion force being prepared to go in and defeat the
Yugoslavian Army in Kosovo. However, one problem remains
that most people, and many of the NATO governments, are
vehemently against a ground war. There in lies the
problem. Just like LBJ and Viet Nam, he needed some
kind of excuse to begin the war. Clinton must manufacture
"consent" for this invasion. It will come in the form
of some kind of phoney excuse. My guess will be that
"Evil Serbs shelled a refugee camp" or that we had to
invade some part of Kosovo to prevent women from being
raped or something. At any rate, the end game is near,
the ground war is coming, and NATO needs to tell a big
lie in order to charge.
