Goldfinger... So, he sold 100,000 shares at around 60. That's .004% of the outstanding shares. What kind of affect do you think this will have. Not only did it happen a month ago, the transactions were completed at a higher price than today. Directors and officers of companies are constantly selling shares for various personal reasons.
