You have everything wrong including the fact that I'm a dude.

Etrade insiders(to name just a few) sold large amounts of shares twice. I heard this on CNBC and read it. Did this cause any red flags? No.

I have heard several Internet analysts state on CNBC and read in the WAll Street Journal that it is a common practice with Internet companies and it is accepted and means nothing. I have heard Internet analysts talk about this many times on CNBC including yesterday, last week and several weeks ago.

Lastly, how many shares did the Bid.com insiders sell? A total of 180,000. How many shares do these insiders still own? 1,872,500 shares. 180,000 shares is a drop in the bucket.

Be careful about your words. I am alerting the SEC about many posters who fraudulently post false comparisons to other companies. This includes comparisons to Brex.

Are you implying that Insiders of Bid.com are selling shares before they fold? I will be happy to alert the SEC about your false implications which could cause the company's stock to fall. I will also alert the Bid.com in house lawyers. There are pending law suits by several companies against fraudulent message board posters who posted fraudulent messages damaging to the company. This is the tip of the iceberg. With the increasing popularity of message boards, the SEC is expanding their Internet fraud team to deal with this problem. Also the companies whose stock price was negatively effected are now starting to take measures against fraudulent posters.
