Neocon,

You think that a deal is in the works? From what I
understand, there is a backroom deal about to go down.
You know how there is all this media coverage about
how Slobodon Milosevic "HAS JUST BECOME THE FIRST HEAD
OF STATE TO BECOME AND INDICTED WAR CRIMINAL"? That is
bullsh*t. The fact of the matter is that Milosevic was
already an indicted war criminal. Both he and Franjo
Tudjeman (President of Croatia) were indicted back in
1994 for war crimes but as part of the deal in the Dayton
Accords, they were both removed from the list of war
criminals (along with several generals and others such
as "Arkan"). It just amazes me how stupid politicians
think people are...of course they are right. As far as
I know, not one reporter has pointed this false story
out. You might be right, a deal may be in the works but
we shall see. I think Milosevic is a slippery eel and
might have his own agenda. Ho Chi Minh often said he
was ready to make peace. He did it in 1954, 1962,1963,
1964...all the way until 1968 when he died.

A deal is imminent, huh? But which deal? Do you mean a deal with an INDICTED WAR CRIMINAL?! Hey, let me update you:

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (CNN)-- A U.N. tribunal formally indicted Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic for alleged war crimes Thursday, accusing him of authorizing a military campaign against civilians in the Serb province of Kosovo.

The indictment marks the first time a sitting head of state has been charged with war crimes. Milosevic and four subordinates face charges of murder, deportation and persecution in violation of the laws and customs of war, said the tribunal's chief war crimes prosecutor, Louise Arbour.

Looks like your ''deal'', if there ever was any, got seriously hampered... Aha!
