One interesting thing to note here is that @Home includes (leases) the cable modem with the monthly fee. As I mentioned before they provided me with an RCA Cable modem. I would hope that 3Com gets "agressive" in getting their cable modems in the homes of @Home users and others. I think one needs to also consider that if their provider provides the modem they (the cable guys) have to repair or replace it. I for one like this arrangement.
