Infinity Broadcasting...Mel Karzaman CEO considered tops.

Sometime ago there was an article in the Wall Street Journal about Mr. Karzaman's ability to get results. He is one of the best in the business. Considered responsible for influencing the turnaround at CBS.

Look at this OSI position play as an opportunity to get into INF for a bargain. As usual with risk arbitrage, the acquiring company is getting hammered down.

Patience here will be well rewarded.

As a former broadcaster, I understand the synergy of combining an outdoor advertising company with a broadcasting group. Karzaman made a great buy...both strategically and dollar wise.

I'm with Tim on waiting to take my 1.25 INF shares.
