<<any thoughts as to the likelihood of economic ore?>>

It is still just a crapshoot with better odds -which is why the stock isn't moving on this news. It may however attract a bigger partner at this stage. JP

I concur Stew re., "The next exploration step involves the identification of areas where the metal
concentrations are high enough to be considered economic." This is the pivotal point. IMO these guys are going to isolate the enriched areas very quickly (or a JV partner will come on board and do it). I am still quite excited by RB's comments about seeking out a JV partner for the base metals play. At this point in time IMO, BMD is a really good comparable, similar float, similar play(with the exception that we have not 'released' any gold results) but yet Marum has better overall geochem. results to date then BMD. With BMD at $1.20ish I find it hard to believe more people aren't picking up the sub-.25 cent offerings. Couple this with the fact that we are entering a window of time when we will be seeing a string of releases pertaining to assays, diamond sampling and who knows what else - whether you want to play Marum for a dime or a dollar, it seems to me the risk has been greatly mitigated over the past few weeks. The potential for the discovery of a 'vast' deposit and the diamond play are great wild cards also. Where else can you find a potential resource 156k x 35+k x 100m thickness? Be conservative and call it 75k x 15k x 50m and this is still a goliath! If RB and the gang can identify a rich economic deposit within this part of the Chinchaga who knows where we go!
Nice to see all the activity on the thread again!
Good luck to all!
