Have you ever heard of diversification? Insider activity is more important on the buying side versus the selling side.

Goldfinger II...

So, when Bill Gates sold millions of shares last summer
are we to believe he was also convinced he couldn't
sell higher later?

No, he was diversifying his assets as any intelligent
and prudent person should. I'm sure he has no regrets
even though MSFT is up 50-60% since those sales.

The stock is up 2 1/2 right now.......I find
it hard to believe that you have any valid info
relating to the health of this company..the market
is voting against you now...and your rationalization
is wearing thin...eg. insider selling...gimme a break..
