Deef, It is all a part of the silly world academics live in. These journals exist to decide who is going to publish and who will perish. Which is why so many of them try to make the leap to the real world with a textbook (o.k., semi real world <g>) or pieces in magazines somebody might buy even if their article wasn't in it. But it could be worse. You should see the rags they put out for poets. <g>
