P&F is trying to stack the odds in our favor. We buy above the BSL (usually), or after a reverse up into a column of X's on a long tail down, or after a bullish chart formation breakout. All confirmations by a jury of our peers.

Re <<nothing more he or she can do ...decision rests with the jury>> Well, there are a few things. Your aura for example. And any mental signals you may give out for possible reception by jurors. I suggest not saying or thinking anything negative about the jurors, or the case. Even positive meditation or prayer for the jury to reach a fair and positive verdict -- something of a positive nature that can be "picked up" by the jurors as they deliberate.

Subtle, but who knows.
