Bob,

The mass acquisition of promising IP occurs regularly in industry, what are the obstacles here?

The main obstacle IMO is the enthusiasm of the shareholders. There ought to be quite a lot of us out there getting a keen idea of what's in store for us if we manage to keep calm and MVIS manages to do a fraction of what we expect them to do in the years to come. I'd surely be tempted to accept a $60 or $100 bid, but I not sure I would. With MVIS, I'm convinced I've found an investment I can live with for a very long time, and be well rewarded for my patience.

I'm quite sure, from the signals given by the management as well, that they would like to show the world what they're up to. Seeing MVIS 'drown' in the hands of some big, fat company would really be too sad.

I've lost track of the fully diluted amount of shares in MVIS as of today, but with the $$ from the warrants and the potential for turning that funding into commercial products in the next year or two, I much prefer sitting tight that letting it go.
