Big Bull:

I suspect that the major averages (not the OSX) may have already seen their 1999 peaks. I see a big drop by fall triggered by gross overvaluation for many issues, rising interst rates, and Y2K. Wallenchuk's targets may well be reached late in 2000, but only after a severe shakeout. I will be very surprised if the Dow is above 9000 in October.

That article I posted a week or two ago by Forbes columnist Martin Sosnoff ( a super bull who has pulled in his horns) should not be ignored. His record is among the best; I would be much richer today if I had followed him more closely over the years.
