Len...Do the math on the OSI takeover by INF. Assuming that the deal closes, you get INF for a bargain.

Considering the closing bid for OSI yesterday at 28 5/8, it will have to bid for more than 30 3/8 before you're better off selling OSI, than waiting to take the INF shares.
