Mighty and thread, I was e-versing (conversing through email <g>) with a friend of mine who brought up a concern I was hoping you might be familiar with. Here's what he had to say.... before buying to make sure and check out how the new Bluetooth standard is going to affect XIRC. I don't know much about the standard or XIRC for that matter, but I do know that many companies including qcom, mot, nok, ericy are planning an assault on wireless data. That's both wireless LAN and WAN. All I know about XIRC is that they make wireless modems for notebooks. I'm not sure there will be a need for them. Make sure they have plans of being a factor in the new technologies. Could you, or anyone else who's familiar with this, please comment? Thanks, David
