"If this stock is a scam why is it holding up?"
Did you not read the posts about the buy ins?

Is it possible that only a few posters here think it's a scam, and the rest of the investment world is in the dark?
Wouldn't be the first time.

Why would Arthur Porcari use his real name with such a dark past,
Could he be that stupid to think that nobody would check it.

I think he's clearly shown himself to be exactly that stupid. It's also not so much a matter of him being that stupid, but of him knowing that the target audience for this stock selling operation is that stupid.

Let's see, volume of 700 up 3/8, ha ha ha.

You tell me this, do you believe this company has video compression 6 to 10 times better at the same quality than the other formats that are in use today? I'd also like an explanation as to why they wouldn't post it on their website and show this to be true. If they were to do this, the stock would be 50, on it's way to 100 in no time.

Gino, I used my real name because there is nothing about my past 52 years that I am ashamed of (27 years as an Investment Banker). But most importantly is the premise that I use in that I will not respond to anyone who uses an obvious alias. It would be somewhat hypocritical to not use my real name. (please see my first post #76)

I have said it numerous times on this board that it was not the Company's idea to have this Company exposed to the public until all documents were filed, Name change, and all private fundings completed. The starting of this thread was certainly an unwelcome surprise. Press releases were required since the Company does have a public market. So they did put those out. There are no paid promoters and no management free trade shares. They do have an IR firm, but this firm only handles direct inquirys.

There is a very small amount of free trade shares in the Company (about a million and a half with almost a thousand old shareholders). Which could easily account for the swings in the price.

In my opinion this is a very real company. But don't construe this statment as a recommendation to buy the stock. It is definatly a speculation, and should be treated as such. I have a large private share position for my original consultation in the original acquision, but have had no direct or compensated responsibilities or position, since that was completed. But I have also bought open market shares at a higher price then it is currently trading at.

Only time will tell if my purchases were smart or my consulting efforts worthwhile.

>I beleive if NCDR we're a big scam, like you say,it would of tanked
buy now.IMO

Scam companies with small floats can hang on longer than you
might think. There isn't much downward pressure, as there are
very few retail long investors. However, eventually, the
crims turn their mounds of paper into cash via boiler room
touts and pay-offs to brokers (for example, $4 in your
pocket for every share you sell to a client). The retail
folks soon realize they have been taken, and join insiders
on the sell side. The float grows, the stock shrinks.

Gino, please review a chart and the circumstances surrounding BXMNF when it was trading. After finishing your review, please explain why that was able to hold up (and run up) so well when the company was probably the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on the securities industry.
