Hey! Neocon.... Looks like you just blurted out your secret wishes! Don't count Milosevic's chickens (and yours?) yet! Remember that even moderate Ibrahim Rugova calls for an independent Kosovo. Anyway, such a political outcome doesn't mean an ethnically pure Kosovo --sure enough, Serbs will be allowed to return to their Kosovo hometowns.... But don't ask Albanians to get on neighbourly terms with them! BTW, I said from the start that this was a political conflict; hence, any victory's gonna be a political victory. If the US manage successfully to get the bulk of the ground troops under NATO's flag then the rest is just quibble. Don't let your hate of Clinton blinding you!
