The DOT hit the ceiling at 577. The bottom may be tested again. It could be like 1994 where we'd have to wait till Fall for all things to clear out. What's wrong with the DOW?

This looks pretty healthy to me. The dow really needs to get to 10,400 or less to have had a reasonable correction, but I think the techs have seen their lows until August or later.
