Funny enough, I think the interview can be interpreted in various ways. He is rather wishy washy. However I did like these lines:

"The people who have followed me into the Internets have made a bloody killing in the market. We just keep getting floods of mail from people who have gotten rich, of course they've made 20, 30, 50 times their money here in the last year on some of these Internet stocks. I think you're going to see a lot more. I've got my subscribers - we've lightened up. We're holding some cash here now looking to buy these Internet stocks on setbacks and getting ready for the final run, which I think is still ahead of us. I think the Internet, as I said, we're in the first inning and it has yet to really rise out to India, China, Latin America and Africa. It's just really starting. It's just beginning in Canada. "
