Uncle Frank,

Speaking of loaded to the gills, I have gone deep on SFE and CNET over the past two days. I fully expect a tech rebound, lead by MSFT, once the final touches of this consolidation are out of the way.

It's time for those terrific value stocks (IP and AA) to hit the wall. MSFT is showing real strength and is about to grab the reigns of the Market. I cannot wait!

the bear would say this is exactly why they won't go up: when everyone is loaded to the gills there are no more buyers. everyone is fully invested - the only thing they can do is talk and hope.
