They can do a great deal short of this that will kill Blair's and Clinton's apetite for war in Kosovo JBL, Care to elaborate?? The Russian's are preying on German fears since they hold quite a bit of Russian Euro-denominated bonds. And the more Nationalistic the Russians become, the stronger becomes NATO. There are not too many of Russia's neighbors who want to return to Moscow's political sphere of influence. Regards, Ron
