trader,

I read the 10K. To my knowledge there has been no material misrepsentation of fact. HITTs seems to be doing what they said they are doing. There has not been despite what you said fraud unless you can be more specific. Can you? This guy Dorian Reed may have been in trouble with the law in the past. But then a lot of people have and have turned their life around. The corporate entity of HITTs has not
committed fraud from what I have seen. Perhaps you know something about Steve Bradford the CEO that would tell us that he has commited fraud with HITTs. As a shareholder I would like to know myself. I've seen a lot of legal complaints and press releases about the bashers on this thread that are possibly involved in criminally and civially defrauding people. The SEC and the California Department of Corporations in which HITTs is domiciled has not filled any criminal complaints against HITTs. What has HITTs done of a criminal nature?
