I guess I am pretty new to SI, I only started Sept 96. But I am not new to penny stock trading. I am sorry you did not avg down as I did, but I can understand why you did not as every investor has his own strategy. I am confident though that you will be in the black in about two more trading days. (HUMOR insertion) If you started using Charmin instead of those old faxes you wouldn't be so sore! hehe... Grantsi, I am averaged in about at that same level 18 to 20 cents. Skip has been around for at least two year, but should know just as you do, that you will be very lucky to get real contact (face to face) info. from Dave. I had to do my own DD two and a half years ago to go in an see the people NPEC work with in Oil in Quito. Got no help from the people in the States or Canada. Personally, I am not sure I want to see a NP from NPEC. If it is like last weeks, it will be full of fluff and drive the price down. Rumors move this one a lot more than company releases. --- Richard
