Rudedog,
We must all remember that the whole market is acting very strange and this is a holiday weekend and so many day trader types don't want to stay in for the long weekend.

Daytraders have changed the way the market reacts. I was thinkg I would like to see the market extended but I now believe that would be a big mistake.

Rudedog: As I noted in my post earlier today, seems to me that we're seeing the effect of institutional shareholders lightening up, but with a fairly tight target price range. If they have say 100-200 million shares to sell but want to get 32-34 for them, it'll take some time for buyers to soak up their volume before the stock can push above that price range.
