on the tube, their talking about the announcement, and saying while it is likely that they will extend trading hours, it might not go into effect until Sept as opposed to July like they were talking earlier.

I think Sept would be better for volume, but July might be better for working out bugs before fall activity picks up

Don't know if it's gonna save nite or the market right now though
