from the annual report:

"The rebuild of our broadband cable networks remains on time and on target. By year-end 1998, 60% of the homes passed by our networks had been upgraded to 750MHz, or approximately 110 channels of analog capacity; an additional 23% had at least 550MHz (80 channels) of capacity. During 1999, the percentage of homes passed by 750MHz, two-way plant will increase to 70%, or almost 5 million homes."
