Agree entirely, Dave. This is one big acquisition. RDIM is well on its way to fulfilling its business plan. They have been working on this one for a while. I wonder how many shares it cost them. Management of American Home is quite skilled and experienced and has worked for Sears for a number of years. I don't know how HHD managed to swing the acquisition of a company with 18M/year is sales but IMO it is a real coup. Cannot believe that the market reward this coup by taking the stock down. In any case RDIM looks like more and more of a bargain to me at these prices. They are executing their business plan brilliantly. The market should reward them soon.
